The ROWE British Grand Prix – Manchester 2010, the only PSA Super Series ranking event to be staged in the UK this year, will be held at the National Squash Centre in Sportcity and will offer the largest prize fund of any World Tour ranking event in Europe - and will be contested by the World’s leading players including England's newly crowned World No1 Nick Matthew.

Duncan Grove ARPS, based in South West London, England, is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society and a passionate photographer who has keenly embraced the latest digital technology. His images are regularly selected by a number of international photographic salons including; The Royal Photographic Society's International Print Exhibition; The Edinburgh Photographic Society's Print Exhibition; Photographic Alliance of Great Britain Exhibition; Trierenberg Super Circuit and Al-Thani.  Within tennis, Duncan is a contributor for several leading titles, including International Tennis Magazine.

During the championships, Duncan will work closely with the Event & Media Manager Peter Schmidl and as well as providing photographs for all event marketing and promotional collateral.  He will also post images from all matches onto the event's official website www.britishsquashgrandprix.com which will be the focus for all event media activity.

"The ROWE British Grand Prix promises to be one of the biggest and best championships on the World Tour this year and the appointment of Duncan Grove as Official Photographer is a major boost for the event as we try and expand the media coverage in the lead-up and during the championships,” said Peter Schmidl.

“Duncan has a wealth of experience and his appointment demonstrates the high regard with which internationalSPORTgroup and our event partners regard his services and expertise.”

Duncan Grove added: “My association with internationalSPORTgroup began when I represented them as an accredited photographer at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.  Dealing with them was like a breath of fresh air compared with many other organisations.  I associate internationalSPORTgroup with succinct discussions, speedy decisions and swift and effective implementation, all carried out within a culture that reflects their sporting heritage.  I am grateful for the confidence placed in me by my appointment as Official Photographer. I can’t wait to join the team in Manchester on the 15th September and hope everyone will be regularly checking-out the images I shall be posting on the official website!”

As one of ten PSA Super Series 2010 events, the ROWE British Grand Prix establishes Manchester alongside other major squash destinations including New York, New Delhi, Cairo, Canberra, Hong Kong, Kuwait City, Doha and Dammam (Saudi Arabia).
