Qualifiers Henrik Mustonen and Gregoire Marche continued to defy the seedings in the Bymac Leinster Open as they despatched their quarter-final opponents to make the last four in the $10,000 PSA World Tour squash event at the Fitzwilliam Club in Dublin, Ireland.

Mustonen, the 19-year-old world No 105 from Finland, followed his victory over third seed Bradley Hindle to beat eighth-seeded Englishman Jaymie Haycocks 11-9, 9-11, 11-2, 11-7.

It was a first round upset over fourth-seeded Dutchman Dylan Bennett that took Frenchman Gregoire Marche into the last eight - where the 19-year-old from Aix-en-Provence beat sixth-seeded Scot Alan Clyne 1-11, 11-3, 3-11, 11-9, 11-8.

Marche will now face second seed Stephen Coppinger.  The 25-year-old South African claimed his place in the semis after Irish opponent Arthur Gaskin was penalised with a 'conduct game' midway through the fourth, with the score standing at 11-1, 11-4, 9-11, 4-1 in the overseas player's favour.
