Dutchman Dylan Bennett justified his top billing in the inaugural Kean Open when he beat Australian Steve Finitsis in the final of the $6,000 PSA World Tour squash event at Squash Delft in the Netherlands city of Delft.

Both players reached the climax after four-game semi-finals - Bennett beating Scotland's eighth seed Stuart Crawford and third seed Finitsis denying the hosts an all-Dutch final by defeating Piedro Schweertman, the seventh seed from The Hague.

But Bennett, the 25-year-old world No84 from Eindhoven, was too strong for the Queenslander in the final, despatching 26-year-old Finitsis, ranked just two places lower, 11-7, 13-11, 11-5.

Bennett was celebrating his 10th appearance in a PSA Tour final - and collected the third title of his career, and his second of the year after winning the Scandinavian Open in Sweden in June.
