England's third seed Victoria Lust became the surprise winner of the McWil Courtwall Women's Austrian Open after beating Czech opponent Lucie Fialova in the final of the $4,000 WISPA World Tour squash event at C19 Sportanlagen in Vienna.

The 26-year-old world No52 from Cheltenham made her breakthrough in the semi-finals where she toppled top seed Dipika Pallikal, the world No46 from India, 19-21, 11-6, 11-6, 11-13, 11-6.

On a high after dismissing the favourite, Lust took just 22 minutes to overcome 21-year-old Fialova, from Prague, 11-6, 11-5, 11-7 to earn the maiden Tour title of her career in her sixth final appearance in the past 12 months.
