Markus Gaebel Unveils CourtTech:
The Next Generation of Squash Court Construction

The joint experience of two decades of squash court development and more than 80 years of building prefabricated houses has come together to launch CourtTech, a new German company which promises the next generation of court construction.

CourtTech is the brainchild of Markus Gaebel and Michael Regnauer.  Gaebel has worked for the past 20 years on squash court developments in all corners of the globe, and Regnauer is Managing Director and owner of Regnauer Fertigbau, one of Germany's leading manufacturers of prefabricated houses, which was founded in 1929 and has over 200 employees.

The goal of CourtTech is to create the best squash court wall system to the best economical conditions.  In co-operation between Regnauer Fertigbau and the University of Applied Science in the German town of Rosenheim, CourtTech has developed a highly-engineered squash court wall system based on building technologies of the 21st century.

"When you consider that existing types of court walls available on the market have all been developed in the last century, under the technical preconditions available at that time, CourtTech fulfils market demands for a modern court system," said Gaebel.

In general CourtTech is offering two types of squash court walls.  The prefabricated CourtTech System Walls are free standing and independent of any building walls.  The CourtTech Panel Walls are fixed to existing building walls and therefore the perfect solution for the renovation of existing courts.

CourtTech System Walls are approved and certified by the World Squash Federation.

"The idea behind CourtTech is to utilise the latest technologies to guarantee a long-lasting product under all climate conditions.  In addition to offering the best quality available on the market, one of the driving forces behind the development of the CourtTech wall system has been the consideration for fast installation," added Gaebel.

The production of CourtTech walls will take place at the premises of Regnauer Fertigbau near Lake Chiemsee, between Munich and Salzburg.
