Seeds Are Best In Brest

The top four seeds comfortably overcame their quarter-final opposition in the Women's Brest Squash Open to take up their anticipated places in the semi-finals of the WISPA World Tour event in the French coastal city of Brest.

England's top seed Dominique Lloyd-Walter crushed France's Floch Pascale 9-2 9-0 9-1 to set up a meeting with Denmark's third seed Line Hansen, a 9-7 9-5 9-5 victor over fifth-seeded Belgian Kim Hannes-Teunen.

Belgium's fourth seed Katline Cauwels took four games to get the better of England's unseeded Lauren Siddall 9-1 5-9 9-3 9-3 - and is rewarded with a semi-final clash against the No2 seed Olga Puigdemont Sola after the Spaniard beat Belgium's European Junior Champion Charlie De Rycke 9-5 9-7 9-5.
