The 26-year-old from Ipswich in Suffolk cruised through to the final without dropping a game, then defeated Monto 15-11 15-9 8-15 15-7 to claim his first PSA Tour title of the year and the 7th of his career - four of which he gained in 2002! It was a disappointing conclusion for Monto, the 26-year-old world No67 from Hyvinkaa, who has now reached six PSA Tour finals since becoming a member of the international players' organisation in 1994 - but has yet to claim a title.
