Botwright Breaks Up All-Egyptian Qualifying Line-Up

England's Rebecca Botwright put paid to an all-Egyptian qualifying line-up in the Women's Hurghada Squash International when she despatched local player Nadine Bahgat 9-2 9-0 9-0 in the qualifying finals to earn a place in the first round of this established WISPA World Tour event in the Red Sea resort of Hurghada in Egypt.

Botwright, 22, from Manchester, will face compatriot Rebecca Macree, the second seed from London who is ranked nine in the world.

Seeded to win the event is Australia's Cairo-based Rachael Grinham, the world No2 who faces Egyptian qualifier Salma Shabana in the first round.
